We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and aggregate: it does not set a tracking cookie, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites. That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

We record page views, and a small number of named events so we can tell which parts of the site are useful: opening the Journey Canvas, generating an insight, reaching or completing the email step, creating a share link, printing a page, and clicking the booking, email, phone or outbound links. Events record the page they happened on and, where relevant, the campaign that brought you here. They never include your email address or anything you typed.

If you arrive from a campaign link, your browser stores the source (for example the UTM tags, or a Google or LinkedIn click identifier) in local storage on this site only. It is first-party: it is not readable by other websites and is not shared with an advertising network from here.

We keep the first and most recent source for up to 180 days, because deciding whether a member organisation is a fit for us usually takes months rather than days. If you later send us an enquiry, that source travels with it so we know which of our work actually reached you. If you never contact us, it stays in your browser and is never linked to you.

The Journey Canvas sends what you sketch or type — your journey steps and their goal — to Anthropic, our AI provider, for processing so it can suggest improvements. Anthropic processes this outside Australia, in the United States. This is an overseas disclosure, and by using the Canvas you are asking us to make it.

Please do not put personal information about your members, or anything confidential, into the Canvas. It is designed for describing a process, not for member records. We do not use what you submit to train our own models.

Share links you create are signed and contain the journey you mapped. Anyone with the link can open that report, so only send it to people you intend to see it.

Some parts of the site ask for a work email before continuing. We use it to send you what you asked for and to follow up about your enquiry. It goes into our own customer records, along with the campaign source described above and anything you told us about what you need.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to an unrelated marketing list. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, and we will delete yours on request.

The site sets a small number of functional cookies: one that remembers how much of the Journey Canvas you have used so the free allowance works, and, while the Canvas is in private preview, one that remembers you entered the access password. Neither tracks you across sites or is used for advertising.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above. Our AI features use Anthropic. Enquiry details are passed to our own customer records system. Each of these providers handles the information only to provide the service to us.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@agend.com.au or write to us at Suite 6, 153 Unley Road, Unley SA 5061. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
